GRK theatres (p)Ltd started in the early 1980s and have been in the exhibition and F&B manufacturing business and automotive dealerships of Tata and Mahindra. We also run a few fuel filling stations. We are interested in asset developments and highly passionate about theatres and the entertainment business. We are happy when our customers – the audience are happy.
The day we decided to refurbish the screens and give our best to our audience, around the year 2006-07, we did a lot of spadework and finalized SR seating. We liked the models, fit, and finish. But most of all, we shared the passion of creating happiness among our audience. Our decision to choose SR seating was great as the quality of seats was better than expected. It gave us the lead ahead in business as the audience enjoyed the luxurious chairs. I genuinely appreciate the effort taken by the SR Seating team, their commitment, and passion. The seats are still serving me well even now. Later on, I had ordered seats for another 5-6 screens. I had asked the team to change the seats at Krishnalaya, the first theatre – crossed 14 years now, and they sent a team to inspect. They assured me that we need not change the seats, but just replace the cushions. They promised that the seats would last a couple more years, with the same comfort level. That’s the kind of surety the have in figures and statistics when it comes to theatres. I feel we are gifted and lucky to have someone like Mr. Amit and his SR Seating team to support the theatres’ needs. Not alone in seating but also in knowledge and dedication in providing the best possible solutions for our theatre screens and business.
